On 11 nov, i ordered kfc via online. I tried twice online payment but some how my payment was done and money was deducted from my bank account but my order confirmation was not there.

Till date there's no refund
Can you assist me when i'll be refunded.

Hi this to inform that I did online payment on On 14-Jul-2017, amount of INR 788/- has been deducted against your order JPT[protected] to buy kfc food money debited from my wallet but ordered received please refund my money
i call many time to their customer care but they don't answer or reply
