I ordered dinner from KFC at around 7 pm on 12 August, online through their website, and the bill was Rs. 835/-. However, after waiting for almost 90 minutes, and not hearing from them, i called their customer help desk to enquire about my order, and they gave me the manager's number - Mr. Devgan of the outlet at Total Mall, HAL Old Airport Road. However, that number was wrong - and said it did not exist. I then called the customer service again and was given another number, which belonged to the store manager. However, i called the manager almost 6 times, and he never picked the call. Then at around 9 pm, i called the customer service again, and they were very rude with me and completely rejected their duty, saying they dont have a way of connecting with the particular outlet, and i have to contact them myself or wait for them to call. Is this the customer service expected from a brand like KFC. To make matters worse, their supervisor, Mr Vijay M was very rude, telling me that i can go an complain to whomever i want, he cannot do anything about it. Now my money is also gone in vain, and i havent got the dinner as expected. Was this information helpful? |
