KFC India — NON DELIVERY OF ORDER PLACED THROUGH ONLINE | |||
i had ordered online yesterday for 8 Pc Fiery Grilled with 50% off by coupon KFCD11:- Order reference:[protected] Date:[protected]:20:00 through online mentioning the delivery address was 4th Cross, Swimming pool Extn, Malleshwarum, Bengaluru and the store selected was No 729, Modi Hospital Junciton, 2nd Stage, Basaveshwar nagar, Bengaluru, India At 20.15.00 the delivery person called me to know my exact location and when i explain my land mark he said this place was not falls under his store & so he cannot deliver the order. So my question is why you take order for such place where you cannot deliver or atleast why your store not informed me this immediately after placing order . At least i would have ordered with some others. I waited till my delivery time & came to know that my order was not delivered & at that point of time where i should search i never expected this type from KFC. i decided not to order in future with KFC & i requested all my freinds & relatives not to trust KFC. please correct your system so that in future you dont loose any more customers.
