I placed an home delivery for a meal from KFC website from KFC Elante mall on 19 Aug 22. IDE order number [protected]. However, the manager told me that they don’t do delivery and amount will be refunded. However, even after 3 weeks after the said issue, the amount is not refunded. The manager does not respond to calls or messages. Pathetic customer service. Need the refund.
