KFC India — Not accepting sodexo coupons and behave unprofessionally

I went to KFC jalandhar which is situated on national highway and asked them to accept sodexo coupons and they refuse to accept it.
In the sodexo merchant list KFC is clearly listed then how can they refuse to accept it.
They also behave very rudely so I would like if you can take certain action against them.
