[Resolved] KFC India — Not delivered the food at all not respond the call

Please find the attachment. I ordered the food from KFC Esplanade, bbsr vide order no K131W38093, Dt. 02.02.2022. Waited till 11:00pm although the delivery time was 08:30 to 09:00pm. I call repeatedly to the restaurant but not responded by any one. Very bad experience with the KFC Esplanade, bbsr. Please refund my money.
