KFC India — Not giving refund nor product

Address:242 SHANTIVAN MHADA, OFF NEW LINK ROAD, OSHIWARA, ANDHERI WEST

We are from Mumbai .we ordered but accidentally ordered take away instead of delivery but we could not cancel the order because it was online they promised us to pay back with in 10days order was packed on 18th Nov 2020 but not received the money
