KFC India — online order given to wrong outlet // order no. 6999835 - no refund yet

This is regarding my order no. 6999835. Order date: 17/07/2018 the order went to wrong kfc outlet which couldn't make the delivery. And was later confirmed to be cancelled by the outlet on phone. But i haven't got the refund yet. After following up on the phone i was promised to get the refund and was asked to wait for 15-20 days. Now even after so much of wait of months no refund is being provided. What kind of service is this? This kind of experience is really not expected from a world renowned brand kfc. Kindly please look into this and resolve/refund me my money. Enough of wait now.
