I ordered through the kfc website on 25 march, i was able to get through the payment gateway. But after the payment the site says some error. So the order wasn't placed and the amount was deducted.

I have sent multiple emails to the kfc and they are saying that the amount was not submitted to their account. I've even sent them my transaction screenshot from google pay which clearly stats that the amount has been transferred to the kfc account.
Kfc india officials denied refund stating their bank hasn't received this. And i have proof that it has been transferred to their account.
Also, i want to point out that i'm not the only one who has this problem.in the official kfc india app, all of the reviews are about this problem only. It seems like they are taking the money and there no track of it. Nobody got the refund.
