[Resolved]  KFC India — order cancel, refund not received

I placed an online order through the kfc official app on 20 january, 2020 for a takeaway order from nehru place (Epicuria) outlet for ₹399. Amount was deducted from my bank account. After around 4-5 minutes, i called the nehru place kfc outlet telling them to cancel the order as there was no option for cancelling it online. When asked about the refund, the guy assured me that there will be a refund within 7 days. But i still haven’t yet received the money back

On 26, Jan, 2020 I paid 281.50 Rs for my order but kfc app showed that we could not able to process your transaction. But amount has been debited from my account so I need my refund.
