KFC India — order cancelled but the refund not processed yet.

On 10th september 2019 i placed an order through kfc app. But the order got cancelled automatically and i received a sms which stated that the refund has been initiated. But i haven't received it yet. I am trying to contact customer contact but not able to. Tried sending mail also but no response. Kindly refund asap.
