Dear sir,
I have already paid the order (My order no[protected], date-03.10.19) by net banking on 03.10.19 & my balance has been deducted but when i had visited the restaurant (Add - 523, grand trunk rd, mahesh, nehru nagar colony, mahesh bose para, serampore, west bengal 712202), then they told that it was showing "pay cash mode" that's why i am unable to get my order.
After that i had talked with mr. Atanu sadhukhan (General manager) 3-4 times about it & i had already sent my bank's confirmation mail copy to him on 9th oct'19 by whatsapp including all details which confirms that its not a fault from bank's side & the amount of rs.1072.51 has already paid to the merchant kfc on 3rd oct'19 & for which my balance had been deducted immediately on that time. But unfortunately i was unable to get my total food order of rs.1072.51 on 3rd oct'19 from kfc serampore branch. He assures me that it will refund definitely if company's fault.
But still not received my refund amount of rs.1072.51 though it has already more than 14 working days over.
I shall be highly thankful if you kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise i have to take my own initiative to recover my money.
Kindly find the attachment copy of order details & bank confirmation.
