[Resolved]  KFC India — order not delivered. want refund

Address:Kfc meenakshi mall, Bangalore, 560076

I had placed an order today 27.01.2020 through kfc app. Order no. 16686667. It was dispatched from meenakshi mall banglore. The runner contacted me to send the location. Despite sending the location i have not received my order. The payment is already done online. What the hell am i supposed to do? I paid for the food and i've not received it. I need to get a refund atleast. The driver name was given as prajwal am ([protected]). The customer care numbers are not working as well.

I have ordered on 29th of Jan for an amount of 482.99 /- you can see from the screenshot provided that i had to make 2 transactions to confirm the single order plz look into this ..
