KFC India — Order not placed on KFC app after online payment

I had ordered online through the kfc app via upi twice and money was debited, but back at the kfc app after payment, it showed there was some kind of error and order has not been placed.

Updated by Diljith Dinesh I have received refund for one payment, but the refund for the seco d payment of the same amount is still pending.
