KFC India — Ordered via upi but did not got any order id, I have screenshot for payment success

30th march I ordered via upi, I have screenshot also but did not got any order id . I got a sms that "we will try to push your order, if not succesfull, refund will be processed within 4-5 days . I called customer care and they suggested to re order using COD and wait for upi refund . I did the same or suggested . Till now did not received any refund
