KFC India — Paid amount not refunded

Order No. K141K83283
On[protected]; 8:52 PM, I placed an order through KFC Online Order and Food Delivery for Android app. After multiple attempts, the order got confirmed but instead of Delivery the order was confirmed as Takeaway.
I immediately called up the customer care number and explained the issue to them. I was told since the order type cannot be changed to Delivery, they will cancel the order and a refund will be issued for the paid amount within 7-10 days. The order was thus cancelled on[protected]; 9:02 PM
The refund for the same is yet to be processed and in spite of repeated attempts to call the customer care and emails there have been no response from KFC India
