KFC India — Paid money ,but order was not placed

Thisis vamshi krishna, i had placed kfc online delivery in kfc india app on January 5th, which is worth of 494 RS/-.I had paid money through paytm but after that the order was not placed in kfc app, when i called to customer care of kfc they are saying you will get return of money in 10 days, but i need confirmation about this issue and a clarity that will i receive my money back or not .
