[Resolved] KFC India — Payment accepted but my order is not reflecting in kfc app or not placed my order | |||
I have called to care, lodged complaint regarding the same.I was told that I will receive refund in 4 to 90 working days and will be getting call in 15min for the same, but I didn't. I was told that there is no complaint lodged.I wonder how irresponsible you are towards your customers. I'm from Delhi.My nearest stores are mahavir enclave. PFA of the payment. Im not satisfied with your service in perspectives of App, customer service. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible along with the compensation of my calling balance of 50/-(long waiting time to talk with your executive ), energy, time. As a regular customer of your company, I will delete all KFC accounts in my family, if I'm not satisfied with your response.
