KFC India — Payment deducted from Credit Card but order not placed

I have tried to place an order in KFC app on 1st February 2022 at 7.28 pm. Payment of Rs. 719.10 was deducted from Axis bank credit card. But an error displayed in KFC app and order was not placed. I requested refund immediately by calling the KFC customer care. They informed it will be refunded. I contacted KFC customer care by email and twitter also. Payment screenshot is also shared. But the amount is not refunded still.
I have attached the transaction details of the payment.
