I order 5 piece peri peri leg, it also included a non veg zinger that was free, it cost me a total of Rs 583, I chose UPI as a mode of payment, it asked me to enter my UPI id, as soon as I entered, a payment request by KFC was made on Google pay, I completed the payment but the order was never made, I check the app, the website, but there was no order made .
I tried contacting them, I made a call on the given number, a pre recorded voice said press 1 to check order details, I pressed 1, then it asked me to enter the phone number through which the order was made, I entered the phone number, it said that no orders are there on the given phone number, I tried contacting them again, it further said press 2 for any compliants, I pressed 2, the voice asked me to wait until they connect me to the costumer care executive, I waited for a few minutes (3-4 mins.) But the call was never connected, I tried the same process again, this time I waited for over 10 mins. but again did not get any response . I tried the same process a couple of more times, but the call was never connected . After this, I sent them a feedback, but I haven't received any reply from them yet, it's already been a couple of hours
I demand full refund of my money, Horrible service from such a famous company!
Stop playing with people's money!, 500 Rs. May not be anything for some people but for students like me, we cannot ignore being scammed for 500 Rs.
