[Resolved]  KFC India — Placed order on KFC app but order declined and UPI Payment not refunded

I had placed an order via the KFC app on 4 July 2022 and paid an amount of 3323.03 via ICICI UPI. However, after the amount was deducted from my account, no order was placed via app displaying a failed order.

No refund was also received for the order.

Please refund asap

Amount was credited back.. Although not sure if it was done by company or ICICI's efforts to retrieve money
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
