KFC India — Poor quality of food

I ordered a 6 piece KFC Bucket Chicken which had an offer (Wednesday offer) attached to it. But the meat that was delivered was bland and had no taste whatsoever. Is it right to alter the quality of food just because it is on offer? Is there any formal mechanism to lodge a complaint to KFC? And this is not the first instance that something like this has happened. If you cannot deliver good quality food, please do not make such offers to the public.
