I have ordered a meal from kf on 20/11/21 and i have paid 484 rupees. Unfortunately i have wrongly order other item which i expected. Within 5min i have informed cx service that i have order worngly. They said ur amount will be refunded within 3days.
The amiunt wasn't refunded . After one week i again called cx service and asked the reason they gave the contact number of branch and i have submitted all the details of transaction of amonut for food which i have paid bank statement, transaction id, order screenshot, invoice all i have provided till now 21/01/22 nearly 2months they are not resolving my problem. Branch finance staff saying that your amount is not reflecting in our side eventhough i have submitted all the proofs for it .
