KFC India — Refund against undelivered order N6465D[protected]

This is regarding my order N6465D[protected]. I had placed order at around 7:50PM last night. The tracking system of KFC was showing the order is delivered at 8:20pm, and I couldn't track my order any further even though it didn't reach to me. I tried calling KFC customer Care number & everytime call was either going to IVR or so called Centralised call center in Rajasthan. I was promised to get call back or that they are transferring my call to Pune agents and with that it used to get disconnected. I wrote in 'Contact Us' section but there also I didn't get any reply. I had to feed my kid 'Dal- Chawal'who was waiting in excitement to eat burger. He slept at 9:30 pm and the delivery boy came at 10pm after waiting for more than 2 hrs with wet & cold food. I had noo other option but to return the food, however KFC didn't refund the charges tha to is paid in advanced thr netbanking. When asked delivery boy he was only sorry about it and didn't have any concrete answer for being late or refund. This is pathetic customer care and delivery service I have ever seen and surprisingly from such a brand with international presence.
