On May 15, I initiated an order with the Kalkaji, Delhi, branch of KFC. While the money (Rs553) was deducted, the order was not placed. When I spoke to the customer guys, I was told the refund will take a 2-5 days. Since then, I've spoken to about 5 customer executives who assured me of prompt refund. They all said I need not worry and that my refund will come through. One of them even shared an image of a computer screen on which my refund details. It's now more than 30 days and I'm yet to receive my refund. This is unacceptable. According to the company, it should take not more than 5 working days for a refund. It's over 30 days now. Clearly this is corporate fraud. I wish to escalate the matter to higher authority. Was this information helpful? |
