KFC India — Refund is not given

I have ordered Wednesday Strip Bucket on 13th July cost Rs 403 from KFC app. The order was placed from Gurgaon Sector 10 KFC Resturant. They had not delivered the food and reason said for a long distance address. The staff person said the money will be refunded to you and asked me to share the payment and order details to his personal number and asked me to wait for 10 days. After 10 days not money was refunded and i contact KFC customer care and the staff person talked me and again asked me to share the same details to his personal number saying to wait for the next 10 to 12 days. Its 4th August but not money is refunded, I am a regular customer of KFC but this is a worst experience.
