KFC India — Refund issue on pickup

Order for pickup on 20th may but due to store location issue order was cancelled by store manager
I havent received my refund yet
Order reference 3319601
Date 20th may 2017 time 5 30 pm

Store location: whitefield forum mall

When i contacted ur customer care they told me it will take 4days
But still i haven't received my refund.

Could you kindly help me on the same
