On 14th July at 9:25 p.m. and 9:29 p.m. I attempted to place orders for the amount of Rs. 1845.25 through the display via UPI payment.
Both times the transaction was successful and money was deducted but the order didn't go through.
I immediately received a WhatsApp message stating a refund had been initiated and was given two reference numbers to contact the bank for any issues. The bank isn't able to help me and I'm not able to reach KFC customer care. Why is it so difficult?
