The lackadaisical attitude of your customer response team is pathetic. I’ve waited for nearly 3 weeks to complain.
It’s not the money but the harassment and inconvenience abused to us as senior citizens. And the lies and deceit of this woman in Pune who’s really incompetent and is in charge of your customer care. Saiyali is her name and her mobile is: [protected].
We had placed an order on 14/7/23 at 07:51 pm to SGS Mall and I made the payment of ₹575.99 to Sapphire foods India Ltd. Vide Paytm. No food came till 8 pm and no one answered the 6 calls that I made to the store. There was no dinner so I ordered the same thing from Swiggy and paid for it, which came in 20 minutes. So I actually paid twice for my dinner to KFC!!
I called the help centre and they put me in touch with this woman Saiyli. I sent her the bills etc, everything on her WhatsApp no. Till date I have called her 4 times and she’s kept saying the money will be credited to my Paytm account! Am I to beg for my own money??
How disgusting and disrespectful is that.
In the US, you guys would have been sued for incompetence!!
