I have ordered food for Rs. 699/- with KFC Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016 on 16th Nov'2022 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K322K21146. the delivery boy from Shadowfax didn't deliver the order stating that he went far from my home wrongly and he went to deliver other order and hence he will not deliver my order and cancelled the delivery.
Immediately i contacted KFC RM Nagar Outlet (Spoke to store manager Neeraj) and KFC customer care and made a compliant. KFC has a delivery partnership with Shadowfax, customer care agreed that the 3rd party delivery company is doing poor service and it is a management decision to have partnership they don't have any control over it, they raised a complaint in their system and informed me that they will refund the amount to my account in 15 days. But nothing happened.
Atleast 10 times i contacted KFC Customer care[protected] so far and contacted KFC RM Nagar (Store Manager Neeraj[protected], KFC Order team - [protected]/[protected], Store Number: [protected]) and enquired about the refund, every time they used to tell they will get back in 10 minutes. But they never turned back. Now Store Manager/Area Manager are not picking up the call itself.
Also, whenever i called customer care they used to raise complaints in their system and will give compliant numbers (I got few tickets K[protected], K[protected], K[protected]) and they will close these tickets without any resolution. I understand from their customer care that the tickets will be closed automatically after 7 days even if they are not attended or resolved. First time i hearing a multi-national company like KFC closing tickets without any resolution, i am not sure whether only for India they are doing like this.
I thought of going consumer court, before that i want to lodge the compliant in Consumer Complaints, let me wait for any resolution.
