KFC India — Refund not getting

Address:Smruti Residency Lane NO 10/G1 Vidya Nagar

I have ordered for Pick Up from KFC ( Order No #6611D[protected]

From KFC Mumbai Oakwood Nalasopara. on 27 May 2023 At:- 9:53 PM.

I wanted this order to deliver but wrongly got set in Pick-Up.

I Tried calling [protected] nobodies picked up the call there was just auto answer machine.

I also tried to cancel the order (but was not able to cancel it.

I have not picked up the food from the KFC Mumbai Oakwood Nalasopara.

The amount was paid online (G-pay) the next day complaint to KFC Mumbai Oakwood they said we will raise your complaint and will receive the amount 7 working.

This amount is still not received in my account. now getting the answer that will not be able to refund the amount you can come and collect the food.
