The transaction of inr 529 was done via phonepe switch for the kfc app where the transaction failed in kfc but the same is reflected as successful in phonepe. Kfc is supposed to mark this transaction as failed. The transaction happened on 16-mar-2020 but the support team is still not able to process the refund even after more than 80 days of the occurrence of this issue. The response what i get everytime when i follow up on email is that the team is looking into it. I never received a follow up call from the kfc team for an update or to further enquire about the issue. I have all the required documentation on the issue but i really dont understand is why the support team is not helping on this regard. Support emails : [protected]@yum.com
