KFC India — Refund not yet received

I ordered through KFC app on 15tu August when they had a special bucket for the same.

The first order was placed after setting my home locality (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) but the app placed order on a far away locality of Dilshad Garden. The restaurant refused to proceed with the delivery and said it is too far and you have to order again from the nearest store.

As per the refund policy the money is sent back to source account in 7-10 days. It has been 12 days now since the oder date nad still I have not received the money back.
