I ordered from KFC mobile app on 31st July 2023 for online delivery but it was placed as pick up from the stores due to technical glitch and upon call KFC store Jasola, Delhi replied that we short of delivery boy so we can't deliver. I asked for the cancellation. He assured me to cancel and to send me the details on whatsapp at night but upon numerous call he didn't responded. on the second he replied that he cancelled the order but didn't give any reference number or anything. I called customer care they filed complain but they also didn't give any complain no and assured that I will get refund within 7 days. After 8 days, upon many calls customer care made conference to the KFC store Jasola, Delhi to resolve the again the ARM and Manager assured of refund within 2-3 days but still no result. Now, they are not responding via whatsapp. I am in foreign now and can't call them directly. on 13 Aug 23 the Store manger told me that due to festival in india and holiday we cannot process the refund. Now, its 17 Aug 2023, more than 16 days, the issue has not been resolved yet. Is this world class service. I have all calls recorded and screenshot of chats . It can be produced if required.
