KFC India — Refund request as order was not delivered

I ordered 5 items on the KFC app of which the payment was generated and was amount was debited on Paytm UPI app but the order was not received and no intimation was given of the order either by the restaurant or by KFC India. I called there and then on their customer care number they said, “the payment was done, but they regret that order was not received, The concerned restaurant will revert back to via call within 10-15 minutes” but no call was received. Then next day I called again on their customer care number but they said, “no such order was placed”. I have the all the payment details. I request a quick action to this issue and a refund of this order as soon as possible.
