I am writing this to you with my utmost frustration that my refund claim is still pending even after 7 days as said by the customer executive.
I ordered some food(1x Classic Zinger Box Meal) for the amount of Rs.299.05 on July 03 2023(Monday) in KFC android app. Due to Insufficient service by Coimbatore, Singanallur Store, I cancelled my order by calling customer executive(Due to no option I see in KFC app).
Calling customer executives everyday and checking the status is no use for sorting out the issues. They keep on saying the same info that they said the previous day. I feel that KFC is cheating customers.
No platform to check the customer's refund status. Helpless to get my amount refunded.
