KFC India — regarding cheesy crunch burger

Hello,
I ordered a cheesy crunch burger here at kfcmohali 3b2 branch. What i get is not a one i ordered. I raised this matter with the store manager. She said that it's a cheesy crunch burger.
I hereby attaching the pics of what i get. Please suggest either what it shown on kfc website is wrong or here mohali 3b2 kfc branch is making fool of their customers.

Hi, this is vinayak kaul. I’m from faridabad (haryana)
I ordered from KFC application on 26th, money was deducted from account but didn’t received the order due to certain error neither i got the money back.
Please look after this issue as soon as possible and refund the money as soon as you can.
