This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a regular customer in Punjab and for your good knowledge I want to share that I had bad experiences in your stores at khanna, Patiala, kharar, elante mall chandigarh, every time I ask for normal rrs.20/- softy the staff is happy to say a big NO. I am observing this from last 1 year that whenever I visit and wanted to have softy every time the machine is out of order. Please look into the matter as I am fed up with these excuses.
