[Resolved] KFC India — Regarding Order not received nor Refund!!!

I've ordered from KFC dated 25th March 2021. The money was deducted from the wallet but neither food nor money was received. Talked to customer care they said the deducted money will be given back to you in 72 hrs. And you'll get a notification. So far 80 hrs has been passed. Now even Customer care number( [protected]- Kolkata) is saying not in used.
Please look into this. I hereby attaching the transaction details for your reference.
