[Resolved]  KFC India — reg:upi payment debited the amount but no order placed

Address:17/D153,Balaji Street,Alagappan Nagar, Madurai-625003

I have placed a order through upi but i experienced really frustrated moment were in my account required amount is debited but order was not confirmed, i used bhim app. On calling kfc 33994444 they said they will be refunding within 24hrs or else to contact them again. I want assurance for my money. Please check this problem and solve. I have uploaded the picture of the transaction approval. I do not want to get into trouble again and i want my money back.

I also got these two sms at that time of payment but my order is not confirmed why?!
I want them to rectify my problem as soon as possible
