I visited the kfc outlet at t2 (Arrivals) mumbai chattrapati shivaji international airport along with my friends.. We orderd for meals and also seperately for soft drinks. We found that somthing was wrong with it as it had a bad taste. Same we i formed to the manager mr mohammad zasim at the kfc outlet. To which is disagreed and said that only you are compalining and from morning i have people visiting my outlet and no one complained which was very rude and not acceptable. We have our right to raise out voice and inform what is wrong. Infact he disagreed on the same and gave us a replacement of another soft drink. Even that soft drink had that spoiled bad taste and we refused to take and asked for our money. To our suprise mr mohammad staright declined and said us ifh u wanna have this than have o else we are not gonna give your money back!! Thats the worst customer service i ever experienced.. He said us to have the same spoiled soft drink rather than giving out money back. I mean this is totally unfair where we pay the money and u sell us the spoiled bad taste drinks. Worst ever experience ever and ill make sure i take it much ahead to the food and service department even and tell them that you people are just taking money from poor people and selling them spoiled products. I really dint expect this from a big brand like this.
