We ordered for 4 classic zinger & 2 12 strips with 4 dips on 25.09.2019. We received the order at 11.00 pm, so we had no option to complain as the kfc helpline closes at 11 pm. All the chicken zinger burgers had a foul smell & were stale. The chicken were already rotten by the time it was delivered. Also there were only 2 variant of dips instead of 4 variant. Moreover there is no option given to the customers for making a complain for this kind of service after making a huge payment for the food.

I had done a payment for a KFC order today, my money got debited from the account but the order is not placed as I had confirmed with KFC customer care.
I should get the money back.
