KFC India — Very bad quality chicken, so tough it's unbreakable

Ordered online through swiggy, and got the order, it was cold, smelled bad, but most importantly the chicken popcorn was so tough that it's not chewable, unable to break it by hand,
Hot wings i ordered, we're the same.
