KFC India — Very BAD SERVICE and Order not delivered.

Hello, I have placed a KFC order at 10 pm 21 march 2023 from KFC APP. By 10:45 pm it would have received it but it didn't. I checked the status it was showing which was not delivered actually. I called your customer service but no one answered there and KFC branch sector 20 PKL also did not answer. I tried many times but no response. It was very frustrating. I got the manager number from my source. I called Piyush [protected] and he gave me another manager number Ravi Kumar [protected] but he did not answer. so i called Piyush again and asked him to arrange a call back. I received a call back from Abhijeet Singh [protected] and he abused me and said the wrong word to me and also said " Jahan marji complaint kar lo mera koi kuch nahi bigad sakta..." and he disconnected my call. I am completely shocked now. This was the service you guys are providing me. also said " ab to apka order ayega hi nai " . He completely refused my order. NO REFUND NO SERVICE TOTAL MY MONEY WASTE AND NO APOLOGIZE... I NEED TO TAKE AN STRICT ACTION ON THIS MATTER ASAP. ALSO ARRANGE A CALL BACK.
