KFC — KFC didn't deliver the order and I have no confirmation regarding the refund status

KFC Besant Nagar, Chennai denied delivery because they had no rider after that I have been calling them for my refund but I am not sure what is going on. Why can't they send an email confirmation? When will I get my money back?
