KFC — Order not delivered on 10th December, 2022

I have given an order using kfc app at 6.10 p.M on 10th december, 2022. And the order was supposed to be delivered at 6.6. P.M. Even at 9.45, i still have not received my order. I have tried calling the customer care and they were not helpful at all but was rude. The first call to the customer care was not helpful and two hours after calling the customer care for order not being delivered, i made the next call at 9.39 p.M and the staff was asking the same question as was asked during the first call. I have asked the customer care that i have given the same details before but that was not helpful so how are you going to resolve my issue. When i asked that question the customer care has cut the call. Needless to say my following calls were not directed to the staff at all. Now at 9.50 p.M. I still have not received my order that is almost 4 hours of ordering.
