KFC — Order was not placed but payment was done

Address:KFC Kannur, Kannur New Busstand, Thavakkara, Kannur, Kerala

I tried to order some food from KFC Kannur from the store itself on 4th September 2023 and the machine showed the total amount payable and I made the payment with gpay and the payment was successful. But the order was not placed. When I asked the staffs of the store they told me that sometimes it happens and the amount will be refunded to the source within 7 days. But I haven't received any refund till now. I want my money back.
