KFC — Poor quality and service

Myself Mohinder Singh and I am from Zirakpur, District - Mohali, Punjab. On 1st April -23 i visited KFC outlet at Ambala - Chd Road, Zirakpur. I placed my order of Worth Rs 1088 but as soon as started eating i found poor quality of chicken and too much oil Seeping outside the chicken. I complained for the same to the manager. He assured me to replace my order but after spending 15-20 minutes i didn't get my meal. After 2-3 reminders instead of serving my meal on table I was asked to collect the meal from delivery desk.
Again quality was not up to the mark.

KFC's quality of food and service at this outlet is pathetic. Concern authorities kindly look into matter else we will stop eating at KFC .
