Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at one of your KFC outlets recently. On 22nd December 2023 I purchased a Chicken burger from your establishment located at Food Mall Lonavala
Regrettably, upon biting into the burger, I discovered it was stale and not up to the quality I've come to expect from KFC.
The taste and texture of the burger were far from satisfactory, and this experience left me disappointed as I have always been a loyal patron of KFC. I value the consistent quality of your products, but this particular incident fell short of that standard.
I believe in the reputation and quality that KFC stands for, and I hope this isolated incident doesn't reflect the usual standards upheld by your esteemed brand. I kindly request that you look into this matter to prevent such occurrences in the future and to ensure that other customers do not face similar disappointments.
In the interest of maintaining the trust and satisfaction of your customers, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and, if possible, provide some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
I have attached a copy of the receipt from my purchase for your reference. I would be grateful to receive your response regarding the steps taken to rectify this matter.
