This is with regarding the below transaction daten on 13-4-18 which was unsuccessful. I tried to place an order online, but that order was not processed but money got deducted from my account.
When i contacted kfc via phone on the same day regarding this transaction through it was mentioned by customer care personnel that the money will get reverted in few days, but it hasn't been done till now. From the bank end the transaction has been processed successfully from my card account but order was not placed on that day. Could you help on us reverting the money back. Attached the screen shot of my card for the same.
Also attached the bank mail communication which was reported that money got deducted from me and which they have stated that the amount has been deducted from my end to their bank and asked me to show as the proof.
I have mailed kfc customer but till now there is no response even after multiple reminders.
